How Not To Rust Your Gaming Skills? An ultimate guide

Rust is solely a survival game that incorporates the elements of the player’s health maintenance, building bases, and facing the multiple life threats posed by wild animals and rival players. Developed by Facepunch Studios, the game had been subjected to criticisms of being ‘incomplete’ but had still managed to garner one of the highest sales by 2019, with $142 million since its alpha release.

Rust is the increasingly famous multiplayer game initially launched in 2013 but earned the full release five years later in 2018. It is undeniably daunting and hard to play because of its brutality, similar to a caveman age.

Are you stuck mining for your resources or about to die of hunger or continually attacked by other players? Here is a list of tips and tricks that will guide you through all odds in the game:-

Collect Cautiously

Once you are dropped off on the beach, your trail begins with absolutely nothing. Therefore, before danger closes on you, search the place to get stones for crafting weapons. The rock you get while being utterly naked is of no use to battle. Run from the beach as fast as possible and pick up food on the way. You will find corn and pumpkins on your path as you flee.

Hold off hunting and cooking wild animals until you have found a place to hide because the flames of fire for cooking shall scream your location to the target.

Weapons down the Lane!

You will only be awarded a rock when you wake up on the beach. After running away safely and gaining your energy with some food, use the rock to get stone and wood. Make archaic weapons like a stone hatchet or bows and spears before elevating them to shotguns and revolvers.

Therefore, when you build a settlement, try to keep a furnace to use it to make more arms by melting and smothering the metal.

Building Hacks

After acquiring the tools that are capable enough to aid you in building some shacks and a roof over your head, get down the road searching for a place where you can create your hideout or settlement. Remember, your settlement should not lie in areas with high chances of being spotted; many players scout and peril these zones.

Try to be in secluded spaces that mostly go unnoticed but are near to some essential resources so that you can utilize them for your weapons and other needs. The primary things that your house needs are: doors, tool cupboard, sleeping bags, storage facility, and locks.

Camouflaging Danger

Never go to the beach once you have fled, as that is the place where players are dropped, and most choose to intentionally scout. Try to avoid the airdrops with essential supplies until and unless you are sure to win the combat that might arise with other players fighting for the same.

Also, be aware of the weakness your house might have. Although you have to begin with cheap resources, you can always upgrade your house. Upgrade it to solid metal doors and code locks in the level-ups. Avoid leaving the doors open as enemies can invade your home.

Go Scouting (And Hunting Too!)

You cannot always curl yourself in your house and sit idle. You have to venture out into the territory in search of more resources and even food. You have to eat and maintain your health for survival throughout the game, or else you shall die of starvation. As you have a house now, you can kill wild boars and make a supple meal out of them or opt for wild berries and delicious fruits.

The most challenging task that you will carry out, which defines the danger, is carrying out raids to steal the resources of others.

The fleeting dream of winning one of the most challenging games of the decade certainly stands as the first and foremost thought in every gamer’s mind. However, would it not be far more feasible to opt for some easier means?

You can now run wild unrivaled in the entire game with various rust cheats and hacks available, even equipped with spoofers that shall protect you from being noticed by the anti-cheat software when you wield the hacks.
